InvitationTwist.ca…. coming soon

Well Design Twist will soon be venturing into another design avenue. We have purchased the domain name www.invitationtwist.ca and will be hopefully launching the website within 30 days. This new adventure is very exciting for me as I move forward with my design career. The concept: Growing Invitations… actual growing invites.. The focus of the department will be providing a green way for inviting guests to your exciting event, whether it be a wedding or a shower. These unique invitations are made of plantable paper. When you plant the paper in a pot of soil, the seeds will grow into colorful wildflowers including:

• Bird’s Eye
• Clarkia
• NEW Black Eyed Susan (some of our products may still contain Coreopsis)
• Poppy
• Catchfly
• Snap Dragon

To plant the paper, prepare a pot of soil or small patch of garden. Remove the seeded paper piece from your stationery and place on the top. Spread a thin layer of soil onto the paper. Water well and give plenty of sunshine. Keep moist during germination, 6-8 weeks.

Invitation Twist will feature Wedding and Shower invitations sets (including reply cards and thank you cards), also for Baby Announcements and Showers. Wedding favours such as confetti in plantable seed paper will be one of the many favours available. CUSTOM WEDDING AND SHOWER INVITATIONS will also be available. We will have a selection of handcrafted cards for you to choose from or gather ideas from to create something that is uniquely your own.
